We want you to be beyond happy with your Petite n’ Pretty purchase. If you’re not, we will gladly accept returns on orders placed within 30 days and purchased through www.petitenpretty.com. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and we charge a $7.99 return processing fee on returned orders or expedited shipping charges if applicable. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
Petite ‘n Pretty currently ships within the USA & Canada. We are looking into expanding to more countries soon! Please check here for more info. To our friends around the world that we don’t ship to yet — hold tight! We’re working on making Petite ‘n Pretty available to you, too.
Standard shipping (5-9 business days) on orders over $35 is free! Orders under $49 ship for $6.95. For those times you just can’t wait, we offer expedited shipping options with an additional fee at checkout.

Petite ‘n Pretty is not responsible for shipping carrier delays after an order leaves our warehouse and we do not refund shipping if your package is delayed.
We understand how important security is and want you to shop with complete peace of mind. That’s why we encrypt all credit card and order data using an advanced consumer online security technique. The platform we are hosted on is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses a 256-bit SSL certificate to keep order details secure (you’ll see your shopping cart switch from http to https to indicate data encryption). We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards or debit cards. You can also pay using PayPal, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay. We’re always looking to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. If you use another preferred method of payment that we don’t currently offer, tell us about it — we want to know!
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. Sales tax charges are based on the state your order is being shipped to. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.
As soon as your package ships, you can track it at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipment notification email. Or, you can check its status when you login to your Petite ‘n Pretty account and select Order History from the My Account page. Still not sure? We’re here to help.
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will likely be delivered shortly after it's been marked as delivered. Be sure to check with your neighbors and post office for more information. Please note that we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please be sure to choose a secure delivery location. If you have any remaining questions, feel free to contact us.
We’re so sorry! We’ve found that shipping & postal carriers worldwide are experiencing delays & backups so it is likely your package will arrive within 5 days of it being marked as delivered.
If you added Route Package Protection to your order, you can report the issue with through their mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. Once you submit your claim, Route will provide you with any updates.
We always recommend adding Route Package Protection to your order, which can be purchased at check out. Route is a third-party shipping insurance provider that can protect your order during transit and upon delivery. By adding Route to your order, you’ll be covered for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims can filed directly with Route if something goes wrong. If you have any questions about Route insurance or your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Petite 'n Pretty is not liable for any missing packages or unforeseen issues caused by the shipping carrier at your destination or in transit. We will not be able to issue refunds or replacements on lost packages.
We will do our very best to modify an existing order if you email us, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations — especially if an order has already shipped and is on its way to you.
Ingredients & Formula Questions
No, we do not and will not test on animals. Petite ‘n Pretty is certified cruelty-free by PETA and proudly included on their Beauty without Bunnies list.
Yes! Our products are formulated without gluten. However, we cannot guarantee that they were produced in an allergen-free environment.
Many of our products and shades are vegan! We’ll always call them out on each product page so you know.
You bet! All Petite ‘n Pretty formulas are developed without nuts and nut proteins, including almond, beech nut, Brazil nut, butternut, cashew, chestnut, chinquapin, coconut, hazelnut, ginko (or gingko) nut, hickory nut, lychee nut, macadamia nut, pecan, peanuts, pine, pili nut, pistachio, shea nut and walnut. However, we cannot guarantee that they are produced in a nut-free facility. * In accordance with the FDA Labeling and Consumer Acts
Yes! Petite ‘n Pretty formulas are dairy-free and formulated without soy. We cannot guarantee that products were produced in a dairy-free or soy-free environment.
Petite ‘n Pretty’s color cosmetics are coconut-free.
We do use coconut derived ingredients in our My Stellar Micellar Makeup Remover Wipes and Natural Deodorant, but we test to confirm the allergen is not present within the formula.

We work with different manufacturers around the world but always list the country of origin on each each product page. No matter where it’s made, every Petite ‘n Pretty formula is held to the highest standard of quality. To make sure those standards are consistently met, we conduct regular factory audits and ensure good manufacturing practices are followed.
No, no and….nope. We do not formulate with parabens, phthalates or formaldehyde.
Some of our hair and body formulas contain Petite ‘n Pretty’s exclusive Cloud Mine fragrance at a small percentage. We use our fragrance to help counter the strong or unpleasant smells from some raw materials. Plus, we think it smells pretty dang delicious — like cotton candy level delicious.
Tbh, it depends on the product. Check the PAO (period after opening) on packaging for each product.
Medical Questions
Every Petite ‘n Pretty product is RIPT (Repeat Insult Patch Test) tested, dermatologist tested, ophthalmologist approved and pediatrician approved. It bears repeating: We do not test on animals. Ever.
Although we go above and beyond to ensure all of our formulas are safe, we always recommend testing product on a small area of your forearm prior to use, consulting with your doctor prior to use if you have specific skin concerns and discontinuing use if irritation occurs. Avoid applying to damaged, sunburned or inflamed skin.

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order on Petite ‘n Pretty.
Of course! While we require parental/guardian consent to create an account for anyone under 16, we understand if you’d like to have your child’s account deleted. Please contact us, and we will remove it STAT.
Do we ever! Our newsletter is chock full of pretty things from new product launches to exciting giveaways. If you’re under 16, you must have have parental/guardian consent.
